Plain rules for client material.

Offsider is in pre-trading validation. Before accepting real client material, the handling rules for that engagement are agreed in writing.

What we may receive

Project enquiries can include emails, drawings, PDFs, images, specifications, site information and commercial notes. We only request material needed for the agreed work.

How an engagement is set up

Before work starts, we document the approved tools, who can access the material, how long it is retained, how deletion will be handled and which actions require human approval.

Separation and approval

  • Each client's files and commercial knowledge are kept separate.
  • Commercial numbers use approved sources or remain marked as unresolved.
  • Nothing is sent externally without a named human approval.
  • Claims about providers and controls are limited to what has been verified for that engagement.
